Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Altiora Educação LTDA, identified below. Any question about this policy, or any request regarding your data, can be sent to the contact address at the end of this page.

What we collect

This website has no form that sends data to us, no account area, no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts. We keep no record of your visit ourselves; the hosting provider logs the technical data of any access (IP address, browser, page requested) to keep the site up and safe, and we do not use it to profile anyone. We only hold personal data that you send us yourself, by email or by phone, and only what you choose to write or say: typically your name, your email address or phone number, and the description of what you need.

If a project is contracted, we additionally hold the data needed to issue an invoice and fulfil the contract, such as legal name, tax number and billing address.

Why we use it

To answer you, to write and discuss the scope of a project, to perform a contract you have signed, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Legal basis

Under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD), we rely on: your consent, when you contact us on your own initiative; the performance of a contract, once a project is contracted; and compliance with a legal obligation, for tax and accounting records.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need to operate: the email provider that carries our correspondence, the hosting provider that serves this website, and, when a project is contracted, the payment processor and our accountants. Each receives only what that specific task requires. We do not share your data with anyone else unless a court or a legal obligation requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages that do not become a project are kept only while the conversation is useful, and are deleted on request. Data tied to a contract is kept for the period tax and commercial law requires, counted from the end of the contract.

Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right to confirm that we process your data, to access it, to correct it, to ask for it to be anonymised or deleted, to obtain it in portable form, to know who we shared it with, and to withdraw consent. Write to the address below and we will answer within 15 days, the period the LGPD sets.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking script. Your language choice is stored in your own browser, on your device, and never reaches us. The help assistant in the corner of the page runs entirely inside your browser: what you type into it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing of it is kept once you close the page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting an active contract are communicated by email.
