Who handles the payment
Payment is collected by an external payment provider certified to process cards. Altiora does not receive, see or store card numbers at any moment. The card data goes from you straight to that provider and never passes through this website or through our email.
There is no payment form on this website
No page here asks for a card number, a password or an identification document. When a project is contracted, the payment link comes with the written proposal and opens on the provider's own page. If any page claiming to be ours asks you for card data, it is not ours: write to us before typing anything.
Connection security
The entire website is served over HTTPS with a valid certificate, including these policy pages. Responsibility for PCI DSS compliance, the card industry standard, lies with the payment provider that handles the transaction, because that is where the card data goes.
Prices and currency
There is no price table on this website because each project is quoted from its own scope. The written proposal states the amount, the currency spelled out in full, the instalments and the due dates before anything is charged. Nothing is charged before you approve that document.
If a charge looks wrong
Write to us first, at the address at the end of this page, with the date and the amount. We answer with the proof of the transaction. Cancellation and refund follow our Refund Policy.
